CHARACTERS
Biological slime is a viscous substance formed by the suspension of colloidal substances in water under the action of heterotrophic bacteria. Due to the presence of biofouling, it hinders the normal passage of cooling water and reduces its cooling effect. Biological sludge covers the metal surface on the water side of the heat exchanger, preventing corrosion inhibitors from reaching the metal surface and exerting normal corrosion and scale inhibition effects, thereby reducing the effectiveness of these drugs. The sticky mud covers the metal surface, forming a differential potential and accelerating the corrosion rate of the metal. A large amount of sticky mud, especially algae, present on the equipment of the cooling water system not only affects the appearance of the system, but may also cause blockage of the heat exchange equipment. This product has low toxicity, no pollution to the environment, and is easy to use. This product is widely used for sterilization, algae removal, and sludge stripping in circulating cooling water systems, central air conditioning water treatment, and oilfield water injection systems.

DOSE
The concentration of this product is 200ppm. Directly add it near the suction inlet of the circulating water pump (or injection pump) to enter the system as soon as possible. Adding 0.1% dispersant and 0.1% penetrant simultaneously during mud stripping cleaning yields better cleaning results.
INSTRUCTIONS
Wear latex gloves, protective goggles, and protective clothing. If it splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse them with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
